Melanie, I've had this card for a while,... before Windows 10. It works fine, I'm using it with three monitors - a SamSung S24D300, SamSung S 24C2301 and a very old UltraSync that I've had for too long to remember. All work fine for what I use the setup for,... programming and some document prep, but, lately, I've been getting some flicker on the S24C2301, only. The monitor just goes to black for a one or two second count and then comes back.
This is the third port on the card and I use that as the primary monitor but changing out the primary doesn't make any difference nor does changing the port. The other two monitors do not exhibit this defect. I've tried updating the graphics driver but I guess I'm not doing it correctly as I lose the multi graphics capability. The date on the drive I'm using is 2013-01-14 (8.970.100.9001). The driver I've tried is dated 2015-07-15.
I looked on the AMD ATI listing and only the ATI 2460 list Win 10 compatibility. Do you think the monitor is faulty? It is only about 18 months from date of purchase.
Am I just out of luck or is there something I can do?

AMD is pleased to be considered a significant player in the thin client market and is well positioned for continued growth given that AMD has achieved the leading market share for thin clients, based on internal reports, and continues to sign deals with major thin client manufacturers.
Recent design wins with Fujitsu, HP, and Samsung validate that thin clients using an AMD APU provide more-than-ample horsepower for data movement, encryption/decryption of central server data, and even local on-the-fly video encode/decode for video conferencing or multimedia streaming. Besides financial services and government, other users include call centers, kiosks, and hospitals, “smart” monitors and TVs, military command posts and other multi-user, virtualized installations.
AMD provides impressive performance per dollar per watt, strong security, sophisticated power management, and superior graphics performance. The product lineup includes an unparalleled range of pin- and software-compatible offerings, helping to address multiple model needs for our clients. AMD has what customers want from their thin clients.

People are foolish to think AMD is going anywhere. * The Rise of AMD is upon us. * #TeamAMD There is so much going for AMD right now, between HBM, LiquidVR, AM4, Zen, Zen+, Crimson software, open source apps, kicking butt in the thin client game, etc, it's exciting to witness and be a part of it, even if only as a consumer.

We are excited to share details on the development of GPUOpen, a program intended to enable developers to more easily leverage existing assets for console development. Designed to give developers better control over a system's GPU, GPUOpen will give developers an array of open-source software and tools to compliment workloads.
"A continuation of the strategy we started with Mantle, we are giving even more control of the GPU to developers. As console developers have benefited from low level access to the CPU, AMD wants to continue to bring this level of access to the PC space," says AMD.

It wasn’t that long ago when the Internet exploded with joy as the Star Wars™ Battlefront™ trailer hit at E3 2013. Here at AMD, we worked shoulder-to-shoulder with our friends at EA and DICE to ensure that the Battlefront experience is unrivaled when you sit down to play on a Radeon™ GPU.
Over the past two weeks we’ve been doing the shakedown cruise on that collaboration, and the results couldn’t be any clearer: if you want the highest framerates in Star Wars™ Battlefront™, you want a Radeon™ GPU.
Right now, with the purchase of Radeon™ R9 Fury graphics, get a Star Wars™ Battlefront™ game code!
