Amazing software. Works great for our environmentThis system works perfectly for the workplace environment we have. Our IT department consists of four techs and we can equally manage 500 + users by utilizing this software. We are able to keep track of who is working on what, what has been purchased for each ticket, etc. The community base is just the icing on the cake. There are tons of knowledgeable pros in the community that are willing to help and share their knowledge.
What are the pros?+ Easily assigned tickets +Purchase tracking +Ease of communication +Vast community presence
What are the cons?-I would like to be able to denote what days/times are considered "working" hours.
