So last week I have been getting complaints about the quality of calls within our customer service team. They are using Amazon Connect so no VoIP phones are being used only USB headsets through their PC's. I have multiple ES-48-500W's and they are all connected with 10Gig fiber to an EdgeSwitch 12 Fiber. Their switch is the only one not connected with Fiber so I have it trunked with another switch that is on a fiber line. So I noticed if I connect their PC to Wifi no problem, connect them on an SW with Fiber no problem, but once they connect to their own switch they have issues with calls but they have been on that setup for a year now. As for internet performance, they have none as I do a speed test from their PC and they are getting 450Mpbs down and up. Here is my list of what I have done.

- I disabled STP because I noticed on the logs the ports were doing a lot of role changes.

- I also changed the switch out to make sure the SW wasn't having issues.

- I setup LAG connection to the trunking SW

- Placed them in their own VLAN

- Meraki MX400 is my firewall and I placed a Policy to make their VLAN high priority

- Just upgraded the SW to v1.8.0

Any ideas or suggestions on how to solve this issue? I'm really out of ideas.

Thanks for the heads up as I didn't realize it copy those lines them on there. Well resolved the problem as the Meraki was causing the hiccups. Rebooted the firewall and resolved the issue.

Can you also post the show logging traplogs command and paste the output. Also remove your password that is hashed on the config ;) Also which interface is your uplink port?

Look at the ports configurations you posted for ports 46 and down.

You have two ports part of LAG 1 group, but you don't have an Interface LAG 1 - you have Interface LAG 2.

According to the UBNT forums, you can use PVID /or/ VLAN tagging on an Interface LAG# port, but not both. 

Can you identify what the VLAN numbers are for? Your last 4 ports aren't consistent in which VLAN id's are assigned for 10, 13, 15, 20

Additionally, according to the UBNT forums:

LAG. Nothing should be configured under the individual ports.
